Friday – On the Cross

Tough day in Vernon.

Warm and sunny – T shirt weather.

Serene and placid are the call words of the day.

Loud curses too.

Toyota. Kohler. Toshiba. HP. Grrrrrrr……

An attempt to focus elsewhere produced the following result – the absolute definitive election Canada debate. Warning! Do not eat or drink while watching the following video. Obstruction of an airway may be the result, leading to curtailed longevity:

What more to say?

Tuesday – The World Survived!

[date Tue, Apr 19, 2011 at 12:02 PM]

No chatter from the left about Sun News TV. Transponder 213 on Bell / TELUS.

The attempts to demonize and prohibit the inaugural launch on April 18th were unsuccessful in stopping this organization from broadcasting. Alas, like most hysteria from the left, the world did not end, nor did the sky fall. Some people actually grinned! C’est moi……

I enjoyed seeing Charles Adler’s show, and the reminder of what Canada used to represent to the world: freedom.

Ezra Levant will take some getting used to (voice and tempo), but the subject matter is stark and relevant right out of the box – he showed the Danish Mohamed cartoons and the Mussulmen of Toronto are already babbling.

World and Canadian news was very, very refreshingly presented.

Joe Friday comes to mind – “All we want are the facts, ma’am”.

The best quote so far? Via
April 18th 2011: The day a whole new stratum of Canadian society learned what it’s like to yell at the TV.
